1025 HAMILTON STREET

is a 3-story, 35,000 SF building. In the mid-1800's it served as the location of a school until the late-1800's where it acted as part of the marble yard that existed in the neighborhood. In the early-1900's the property was used as a machine shop that manufactured boring bars for locomotives and lathe work. Today, the building is comprised of a large open industrial space with clerestory windows and exposed structural trusses, and several commercial loft spaces. Love City Brewing Co. occupies the ground floor space and creative office populates the upper floors. 1025 Hamilton Street awaits new creative class users to enliven its amalgam of spaces.

Located in the Callowhill, this neighborhood is an up and coming area for creative kindred spirits. Rooted with a deep history of being a manufacturing center for Philadelphia, Spring Arts is being rediscovered by a new generation of makers, builders, dreamers, and creators.

The neighborhood is home to a series of amazing outdoor murals in partnership with Mural Arts and also to the PHS Pop-Up Garden at the Viaduct Rail Park. There are many great food and drink establishments within the neighborhood as well.
